As a user of RateMyRecruiter.com, ("RMR" "Company" "we" or "us") you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of ratemyrecruiter.com (ÒSiteÓ). This Site is a resource for recruiters, employers and job seekers to gather, organize, and share factual and credible information about the companies/individuals involved in recruiting. You are the key to this process, and we therefore ask you to share your insights and experiences with us as objectively as possible.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and in the messages and other information you post.

Because the information posted on this Site must be credible, we ask that those who post register and provide us with an email address, which we can use to contact you in the event that we wish to clarify the details of a recruiting experience.

The following guidelines are intended to protect all users, employers, job seekers and recruiters. Please review before posting on Ratemyrecruiter.com

  • Be honest. Be objective in your assessment of the recruiters.
  • Limit your comments to the recruiterÕs professional abilities. Do not get personal.
  • Do not include in your post your name, initials, pseudo name, or any sort of identifying mark.
  • Refer to the Rating Categories to help you better elaborate your comments.
  • Negative comments that offer constructive criticism are useful. Comments that attack recruiters on a personal level are not.
  • Submit helpful comments reflect your experience with the recruiterÕs ability to mentor and/or communicate effectively, rapport, helpfulness, etc.
  • Do not state something as a fact if it is your opinion.
  • Do not post a rating if you are not an employer or job seeker or have not received any service(s) from the recruiters.
  • Do not post ratings for people who do not recruit or work at a hiring staffing firm.
  • Do not input false recruiter information.
  • Do not rate a recruiter more than once for the same job assistance experience.
  • Recruiters: do not rate yourselves or your colleagues.
  • Do not post any information that may or will infringe another partyÕs intellectual property rights.
  • Do not post an advertisement or solicitation of funds, goods, or services or any other form of spam.
  • Do not post confidential, abusive, threatening, harassing, intimidating, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, illegal or adult content.

While we assume no obligation to alter, block or remove any post, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to post a message we deem inappropriate, or to shorten and edit posts, or to remove any material posted to the Site. By registering, you give us permission show/use the posts and other answers you provide.
